Dynamic Tint is looking for an experienced Window Tint Installer to join our growing team in Tempe, AZ.
We are a high-volume, quality-focused shop specializing in premium automotive protection. We work on everything from daily drivers to high-end and exotic vehicles, and we handle a very high volume of Teslas, so experience with large and difficult glass is extremely important.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the finished product.
The right person should:
- Have professional automotive window tint installation experience
- Produce clean, consistent, high-quality work
- Be comfortable installing large pieces of film
- Have experience with Tesla Model Y glass, Cybertruck windshields, large sunroofs and similar oversized glass
- Be dependable and able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team
- Keep their work area and customers’ vehicles clean and organized
- Be willing to learn and continue improving
- Take responsibility for their work and care about the details

Pay: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
