Job Summary

Duties
- Remove and replace auto glass efficiently using manual cutting tools, power tools, and specialized assembly techniques.
- Conduct auto glass repairs to restore safety and visibility, including windshield chip repairs and full replacements.
- Handle glass materials safely, ensuring proper storage, transportation, and disposal in accordance with safety protocols.
- Measure vehicles accurately to fit new glass components perfectly, ensuring a seamless installation every time.
- Operate company vehicles for on-site service calls or transporting parts between locations.
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, including minor auto body repairs or detailing to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of experience in auto glass installations.
- Proven dealership experience or hands-on work with automotive glass installation is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in auto body repair, vehicle maintenance, and assembly processes.
- Experience working with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration is a plus.
- Comfortable operating hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles; clean driving record preferred.
