Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Audit Senior to join our client’s team in Cape Town. They are hiring for a full-time position in the Audit industry, and is seeking someone who is driven and passionate to further their career in Audit!
Job Title: Audit Senior
Location: Cape Town
Qualifications:
Completed SAICA articles
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Fully Proficient in English & Afrikaans (Read, Write, Speak, Understand)
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience working in the audit industry
Experience managing and leading audit engagements
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards
Experience working with clients in various industries
Responsibilities:
Leading audit engagements from planning to completion
Coordinating with clients and team members to ensure timely completion of audits
Reviewing work papers and financial statements prepared by audit staff
Identifying and communicating audit findings to clients
Providing recommendations for improving clients’ internal controls and financial reporting processes
Staying current on industry trends and changes in auditing standards
Skills:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
Detail-oriented and organized
