Our client, adynamicand growing Accounting firm, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Level Audit/Accounting Manager to join their team.
The Mid-Level Audit/Accounting Manager will play a vital role in overseeing and managing a team of accounting and audit professionals. This position requires a calm and collected individual with strong technical expertise,leadershipskills, and a passion for developing and training junior staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of client engagements, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the firm.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 years post-article experience.
Registered Professional Accountant (SA), Associate General Accountant (AGA), or ACCA member.
Proven experience in managing and mentoring accounting/audit teams.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and IFRS for SMe’s and other relevant accounting standards.
Experience with Case Ware, Xero, and Sage One accounting software.
