Additionally, we provide knowledge-based consultancy, training, and support on hearing aids and audiometric equipment.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Audiology Consultant located in Gauteng. The Audiology Consultant will be responsible for providing expert consultation on hearing aids and audiometric equipment, offering training and support to customers, and ensuring that clients have a thorough understanding of product functionalities. Daily tasks will include evaluating client needs, recommending appropriate hearing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining detailed records of consultations, meeting sales targets, travelling, setting up appointments, gibin in person and telephonic support.
Qualifications
Expertise in audiology, including experience with hearing aids and audiometric equipment.
Proficiency in providing training and support to healthcare professionals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform on-site evaluations and consultations.
Relevant educational background in audiology or a related field.
Experience in the healthcare industry or a similar role is a plus.
A minimum of 2 years post Comserve expereince.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to excellent customer service and patient care
Requirements
Own reliable vehicle.
Valid driver’s licence.
Clear criminal record.
Registerrd with the HPCSA.
Be fluent in English and Afrikaans (written & verbal).
