ATTORNEY WITH CONVEYANCING & LITIGATION EXPERIENCE
Location: Strubensvalley, Roodepoort
Salary: R43,000 – R60,000 CTC
Start Date: ASAP
A dynamic law firm based in Strubensvalley, Roodepoort is seeking a qualified Attorney with conveyancing experience, including litigation on conveyancing matters.
Requirements:
Admitted Attorney with valid right of appearance
Proven experience in conveyancing transactions
Strong track record in litigating conveyancing-related disputes
Ability to manage matters independently from start to finish
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Handle property transfers and all related conveyancing tasks
Manage and litigate disputes related to conveyancing
Provide legal advice to clients on property law matters
Liaise with clients, banks, and the Deeds Office
