Indelible Marketing Inc. is hiring a full-time AT&T Sales Agent for an in-person, customer-facing role. As an AT&T Sales Agent, you will work directly with customers, support in-person marketing campaigns, assist with customer acquisition, and provide professional account support throughout the customer experience. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction and want to develop valuable skills in sales, marketing, customer service, and relationship building.
Every AT&T Sales Agent plays an important role in supporting customer acquisition initiatives and helping customers understand AT&T Internet and Wireless services. You will learn how to identify customer needs, communicate product benefits, assist with enrollment, and provide account support when customers have questions about available services.
AT&T Sales Agent Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers face-to-face to support customer acquisition and introduce AT&T Internet and Wireless services
- Provide professional account support by answering customer questions and helping customers understand available service options
- Execute daily sales and marketing campaigns focused on customer engagement, enrollment, and customer acquisition
- Educate customers on AT&T products and services while guiding them through the enrollment process
- Build positive customer relationships and provide ongoing account support throughout the customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies, marketing initiatives, customer acquisition, and overall customer engagement
AT&T Sales Agent Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Interest in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or customer service
- Comfortable working directly with customers in an in-person environment
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn

AT&T Sales Agent Compensation & Job Details
- Position Type: Full-time employee position
- Clients & Products: We are a proud partner of AT&T’s sales division, promoting and enrolling new local customers for AT&T Internet and Wireless services
- Schedule: Monday–Saturday, approximately 40–50 hours per week
- Work Environment: In-office and assigned territories for face-to-face customer engagement and sales
- Training: Hands-on training in sales, marketing, customer communication, enrollment, customer acquisition, and account support
