Job Specifications:

As an ASUS eShop Manager, your main task is to develop the ASUS eShop business, covering the full range of ASUS product lines. This role will be accountable for acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of local team, HQ & third-party vendors to deliver projects according to territory’s plan.

Desired Requirements to fulfill role:

Product Listings Management:

  • Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, pricing, and images on ASUS eCommerce platform.
  • Regularly update and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and sales.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing data to improve campaign performance and ROI.

Website Management:

  • Oversee the functionality and performance of the company’s website.
  • Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.

Sales Analysis:

  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.

Customer Experience:

  • Monitor and enhance the customer journey on the website.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, sales, IT, and customer service.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging on ASUS eCommerce platform.
  • Smoothed the communication with ASUS eCommerce partner to ensure the smooth operation of ASUS eCommerce business and satisfy customers.

Accountability:

  • Phase in new ideas and digital insights according to the ASUS direction and adopt to the local market and execute.
  • Responsible for the new product launch on eShop in order to grow business and brand position. Define the launch strategy and plan, get consensus and resources from country managers, and execute with the stakeholders in country /territory/headquarters.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure the security of customer information and transactions.
  • Stay updated with eCommerce trends and technological advancements.

What do we ask from you?

  • Minimum 2 years of eCommerce operation experience;
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment daily decision making;
  • Demonstrating strong drive for results;
  • Knowledge of SEO;
  • Digital Advertising: Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other advertisement platforms;
  • Developing and designing OMO and email/repeat customer campaigns;
  • Team player and effective in dealing with ambiguity;
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus;
  • Comfortable working with numbers, and evaluating/analyzing large sets of data in excel;
  • Ability to work under high pressure, and to prioritize work deadlines (over other commitments);
  • Attention to detail and high-quality work at all times;
  • No military obligation for male candidates;
  • Interested in PC technologies and the market trends
