Some Responsibilities May Include
Campaign Management:
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, social media content, and promotional videos.
Event Coordination:
Organize and manage marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Social Media Management:
Oversee the company’s social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
Data Analysis:
Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Administrative Support:
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining marketing calendars, preparing reports, and coordinating with vendors and partners.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a marketing role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage a high workload efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Capable of handling complex situations with problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Hybrid model: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote (subject to business needs).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for business-related travel when required.
