Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of the wine studio, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Support the Wine Studio Manager in staff supervision and shift coordination
Provide exceptional guest experiences through wine tastings and product knowledge
Ensure that the tasting room is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming at all times
Handle guest inquiries and sales in a professional manner
Assist in stock control, inventory management, and POS operations
Contribute to the planning and execution of events and promotions
Uphold the highest standards of service and product presentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within a wine estate or hospitality environment
Knowledge and passion for wine and wine service
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Well-groomed and professional with a positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
A team player with a hands-on approach and willingness to grow within the role
