Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years expereince within the Hospitality Industy
- Hoapiltality Management Qualification
- Oversee all daily operations within the Village.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Monitor operational performance of all teams.
- Address operational challenges proactively.
- Ensure service standards are consistently maintained across the Village.
- Conduct regular operational walkabouts and inspections.
- Ensure the village environment remains safe, functional, and well maintained.
