Tutor Doctor, a global leader in private tutoring services, is seeking a passionate and detail-orientedAssistant to the Customer Support Specialisttojoin our team. This role is ideal for someone dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting students, parents, and tutors.

In thisremote position(with 4 weeks of in-person training and weekly team meetings in Centurion), you’ll assist theCustomer Support Specialistwith tracking tutoring progress, optimizing schedules, and maintaining accurate records. The role also offers anexcitinggrowth path into a full Customer Support Specialist position.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service through variouscommunicationchannels (phone, email, Whats App chat).

Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about tutoring services in a courteous and professional manner.

Track tutoring schedules, ensure adherence to recommended plans, and implement solutions for inactive clients or tutors.

Use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ZOHO Sheets to maintain records, generate reports, and analyze data.

Accurately manage and update customer information in the CRM system.

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns withprofessionalismand efficiency.

Collaborate with the tutoring team to coordinate and optimize the tutoring process.

Generate and interpret reports from the CRM system to track customer interactions and tutoring performance.

Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and standards.

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements

Matric Certificate.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience incustomer careor a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experienced with CRM systems.

Previous experience withZOHOis beneficial.

Available for4 weeks of in-person trainingandweekly in-person team meetings in Centurion
.

Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written).

Strong organizational skills,attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.

Professional email etiquette and excellent writtencommunication skills.

Strongproblem-solvingand interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a remotework environmentis preferred, with contactable references to demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.

Must reside in the Pretoria / Centurion area and have reliable transport and be willing to travel for in-person meetings when required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay:From R6500,00 per month
