Mambo’s is searching for an Assistant Store Manager to help drive ourretail operationsand provide top-notch customer service. We rely on our talented Assistant Store Managers to use their exceptionalleadershipskills and business savvy to support their team’s performance and drive the store’s success. In this position, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to build a team of service-minded Cashiers and Shop Assistants, all while executing processes and procedures that ensure a consistently wonderful customer experience nd like your cup of tea (or coffee, or match)?

What You’ll Do
Embody and communicate Mambo’s values and brand philosophy to customers and teammates alike
Support the Store Management Team in efficiently running your store’s operations within the ever-growing retail landscape
Manage scheduling, time-off, and payroll for all team members
Act as the in-store troubleshooting expert for all administrative processes
Overseestock managementand processes
Coach our team members through skills development and process trainings
Provide the absolute best service to each and every customer
Continually offer direct feedback and support to your teammates on the sales floor and national operations team
Create aninclusive workplaceculture by treating all teammates and customers withrespect
Who You Are
Backed by 2+ years in a management role at acustomer-focused, operationally excellent retailer
Previousretail operationsexperience including administrative tasks andstock management
Confident leading a team, selling, overseeing operations, and drivingsales performance
Successful holding others (and yourself!) accountable and establishing trust among direct reports
Exceptionally organized and proactive
Acollaborative teamplayer with strong interpersonal andcommunication skills
An out-of-the-box thinker and resourceful problem-solver when faced with challenges
Able to create and share a compelling vision that inspires and motivates your team
Flexible and dependable with the ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and special events.
