Position: ASSISTANT SCM PRACTITIONER : BID & CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Location: Worcester
Job Purpose : Responsible for administrative services to the Contract Administration Section in accordance with the legislative framework.
Duties : Responsible for the coordination, control, and adherence to various legislative frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
Verifying bid documents
Managing procedures related to generating purchase orders
Compiling and updating contract and Service Level Agreement (SLA) registers
Administering deviations
Performing administrative duties related to stakeholder and supplier performance
Liaising with stakeholders regarding service delivery requests and administration
Ensuring compliance with MFMA reporting requirements
Providing system support and capacity building to stakeholders
Handling complex requests from user departments related to products, suppliers, or budgets
Coordinating and controlling the distribution of contract documents to statutory bodies with approval from immediate superior
Adhering to health and safety policies in accordance with OHS standards
