Based in Johannesburg North, the team is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support the management of a diverse property portfolio. This role offers exposure to both the commercial and residential sectors, with responsibilities including sales, leasing, tenant liaison, property administration and day-to-day operational support. Working closely with experienced property professionals, you will play a key role in driving occupancy, maintaining tenant relationships and ensuring the smooth administration of the portfolio.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Property Studies or a related field and have 2 to 3 years’ experience within a property fund, property management company or broader property environment. You will have a sound understanding of both residential and commercial sales and lettings, strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-driven approach.
