WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Support the Procurement Manager in developing and executing supplier strategy for the Rigid Plastics portfolio
Lead Commercial negotiations
Contract implementation
Assess supply market and adapt strategy according to market conditions
Assess supplier capability and suitability through regular visits and reporting
End to end operations management supporting factories & stakeholders
Develop and improve supplier cost models
Unlock cash and cost value through benchmarking, RFQs, E-tenders
Track global feedstock and forex movements
Provide market intelligence to PM and business leaders
Supportinnovationby identifying capable suppliers
Connect with R&D partners to understand future supplier technology
Allocate new materials to suppliers
Lead on-boarding of new suppliers
Ensure contractual compliance
Agree quarterly and annual material prices with suppliers
Regularly connect with procurement operations and category colleagues
Experiences & Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience in Procurement or Supply Management
Experience on large-scalechange managementprojects
Experience in relevant portfolio
