, you will play a key role in supporting the seamless flow of materials and products across our production, warehouse, and stores operations. Working across receiving, bulk stores, dispatch, and production, you will help ensure that quality products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

Your Impact:
- Leading the day-to-day operations across receiving, warehouse, stores, dispatch, and production support functions.
- Ensuring materials and products flow efficiently through the operation to support on-time, in-full customer delivery.
- Driving stock accuracy, inventory control, and warehouse optimisation through effective processes and disciplined execution.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, cGMP, safety, hygiene, and compliance across all operational areas.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
- Leading, coaching, and developing teams to foster accountability, capability, and high performance.
- Partnering closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Dispatch teams to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Supporting a culture of operational excellence, curiosity, courage, and continuous improvement in line with The Nautilus Way.
