Job Title: ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER (Fine Dining)
Location: Kievits Kroon Gauteng Wine Estate, Pretoria
Position Type: Full-Time
REQUIREMENTS:
Hospitality Diploma (essential)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in fine dining restaurant service
Proven experience managing both front and back of house operations
Experience in à la carte service and running a kitchen pass
Strong wine and beverage knowledge – wine steward/sommelier accreditation preferred
Familiarity with restaurant management software
Guest-focused with excellent communication skills
Strong leadership, organisational, and cost-control skills
High standards of hygiene and attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Manage restaurant revenue, quality, and guest satisfaction objectives
Lead, train, and appraise staff to ensure high performance and productivity
Coordinate restaurant events and promote the brand within the local community
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food and beverage areas
Monitor operational costs and implement measures to reduce waste
Deliver outstanding wine pairing experiences
Salary: R15 000 – R18 000 per month, depending on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent with the possibility of working over weekends and public holidays to accommodate for demand.

Driver’s License and own transport (Required)
