Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is looking to hire an Assistant (Deputy) CEO based in Brits, with a salary of 50,000.
Responsibilities
Strategic and Financial Leadership: Deliver optimal profit aligned with market conditions, ensure a healthy financial balance sheet, and maximize return on investment for shareholders.
Market and Product Management: Anticipate market trends, ensure product quality and availability, and oversee marketing strategies to optimize pricing and market intelligence gathering.
Operational Excellence: Ensure production of quality products using relevant technology, innovation, and cost management. Lead modernization and automation initiatives.
Relationship Management: Develop relationships with shareholders, suppliers, and local communities, supporting business expansion and corporate social responsibility.
Innovation and Development: Drive product innovation and technological advancements to maintain competitiveness and market relevance.
Customer Relations: Oversee the transition and maintenance of customer relationships locally and internationally.

Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ experience managing a unit or business
At least 10 years’ experience in food manufacturing marketing or equivalent
Over 5 years’ experience in managing technology, machinery, automation, and cost savings
Bachelor’s degree relevant to the business; honors degree and MBA preferred
