Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist the Casino Manager in the day-to-day operation of the casino onboard the cruise ship

– Manage and supervise a team of casino staff, including dealers, cashiers, and technicians

– Monitor and maintain the financial performance of the casino, including revenue, expenses, and budgets

– Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies

– Train and develop casino staff to provide exceptional customer service and promote responsible gaming practices

– Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests in the casino

– Maintain accurate records of casino operations, including financial transactions and player tracking

– Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

– Participate in regular meetings with the Casino Manager and other department heads to discuss performance and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a casino management role

– Strong knowledge of casino operations, including gaming regulations and financial management

– Excellent leadership and communication skills

– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

– Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to guests

– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

– Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses and certifications
