* Experience in Debt Collection/ Retail / Credit Industries
* Knowledge of National Credit Act, Debt Collectors Act etc.
* Computer Literacy in Outlook, Excel & Word
* Administrative Experience & Abilities
* Leadership & Entrepreneurial Qualities
* Confident, Independent, Self-Motivated
* Responsible Decision Making
* Excellent Interpersonal & Conflict Resolution Skills
* Must have own transport and minimum Matric qualification.
* Management degree/qualification required
Requirements:
* Ability to work in a team
* Strong managerial and decision-making capabilities to manage people and performance.
* Must have strong administrative, organization and numerical skills to
understand and achieve targets and manage financial reporting.
* Ability to motivate employees and communicate effectively with people from
different levels of employment.
* Do performance reviews, disciplinary actions and deal with conflict and difficult debtors in a professional manner.
