Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant located in Johannesburg. The Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and assisting with project coordination. Daily tasks include handling office correspondence, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records, and supporting team members with their needs.
Qualifications
Administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capability to manage schedules and coordinate meetings
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
