The successful candidate should have previous hands on experience in a technical, assembly, manufacturing, equipment service or repair environment.

Formal electronics education or an electrician’s license is not required, but candidates must be comfortable with basic electrical concepts, multimeters, wiring, connectors, hand tools and mechanical assembly.

Training will be provided on our specific products, configurations and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test completed products before shipment.
  • Prepare custom assemblies and orders according to product specifications.
  • Follow established assembly, testing and quality-control procedures.
  • Use hand tools, power tools and electrical testing equipment as required.

Receiving & Warehouse Duties

  • Identify incorrect, damaged or defective incoming products.
  • Organize and put away inventory.
  • Pick and prepare customer orders.
  • Maintain supplies, parts and components required for assembly work.
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe warehouse and workbench area.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as required.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous hands-on experience in technical assembly, manufacturing, equipment repair, electrical/electronic assembly, mechanical assembly or a similar environment.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and comfortable working with your hands.
  • Basic understanding of DC electricity, voltage and polarity.
  • Experience using a digital multimeter or similar electrical testing equipment.
  • Comfortable working with batteries, wiring, connectors, fuses and electrical components.
  • Experience using hand tools and basic power tools.
  • Able to carefully follow wiring diagrams, assembly instructions and product specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to distinguish between similar parts, components, connectors and configurations.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting basic assembly or connection problems.
  • Organized and able to maintain accurate records.
  • Able to work independently after training.
  • Comfortable performing both technical work and regular warehouse duties throughout the day.

General warehouse, picking, packing or forklift experience alone is not sufficient for this position.
