We're looking for a detail-oriented Print & Artwork Producer (DTP) who combines outstanding print production expertise with modern template-based workflows to deliver high-quality assets at scale.
In this role, you'll prepare print-ready artwork, manage final production files and ensure every asset meets the highest technical standards before it goes to print. Working closely with designers, production teams and external print partners, you'll help bring campaigns to life across retail, POS and marketing touchpoints while ensuring consistency, efficiency and accuracy throughout the production process.

What you'll do
- Prepare print-ready artwork, final files and production assets for a wide range of print and retail applications.
- Adapt existing layouts for different formats, markets, languages and promotional campaigns.
- Build, maintain and validate template-based print files using CAPE.io where applicable.
- Ensure all artwork meets technical production standards, including bleed, colour profiles, typography, image resolution and file specifications.
- Manage preflight checks and resolve technical issues before files are released for production.
- Coordinate technical requirements and production specifications with external print suppliers.
- Manage revisions, versioning, localization and artwork updates throughout the production process.
- Work with product data, pricing, legal copy and promotional mechanics within template-driven production environments.
- Collaborate closely with Designers, Production Managers and Quality teams to ensure every asset is accurate, brand-compliant and production-ready.
- Contribute to improving templates, workflows and production processes to increase efficiency and quality.
What we're looking for
- Experience in print production, DTP or final artwork within an agency, production studio or in-house creative environment.
- Strong knowledge of prepress, print production and preparing artwork for commercial printing.
- Excellent understanding of print specifications, colour management, typography, image resolution and file preparation.
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience with CAPE.io or other template-driven production systems is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and version-control skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Experience working with localization, market adaptations and high-volume production workflows.
- Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with creative teams, production specialists and external print partners.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving production processes and delivering consistently high-quality work.
