The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Expert to play a key role in deploying and managing Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational AI systems, and data processing workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI/ML with
hands-on experience
in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) functionalities, configuring structured and unstructured data workflows, and ensuring AI systems are robust and compliant with security and operational requirements.
This role requires expertise in AI model deployment, fine-tuning, automation, and infrastructure management, with a focus on performance
optimization
and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
AI Model Deployment &
Optimization
:
Install, configure, test, and operationally deploy Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbot instances, and translation modules.
Configure data extraction and processing workflows for structured and unstructured data.
Implement, validate, and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) functionalities and fine-tuning processes.
Conversational AI & Query Processing:
Set up query handling, response generation, and feedback mechanisms for AI-powered interactions.
Configure AI model restrictions and compliance mechanisms as required.
Infrastructure & Automation:
Install, configure, and maintain AI software and applications within the company infrastructure.
Automate installation, backup, and update processes for AI pipelines and systems.
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, operational procedures, and deployment reports.
Ensure AI models and workflows comply with technical, security, and operational standards.
Ideal Profile
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Certifications:
Advanced AI/ML professional-level certification from a recognized solution provider such as:
Google Cloud AIMeta AIAmazon AWS Machine Learning Microsoft Azure AINvidia AIIBM Watson AIProfessional
Experience:
Minimum three (3) years of experience in an AI Expert role or a related AI/ML-focused position.
Proven experience with LLM deployment, chatbots, natural language processing (NLP), and AI-driven data processing workflows.
Hands-on experience
with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) fine-tuning and AI model training.
Strong proficiency in Python, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, OpenAI API, or other AI-related frameworks.
Experience with
cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).What’s on Offer?
