We're looking for an Art Director who combines outstanding visual craft with an AI-first mindset to create integrated campaign concepts across digital, social, retail and commerce.
In this role, you'll develop compelling campaign ideas, visual identities and scalable design systems that can be adapted across markets, channels and customer touchpoints. Working alongside Copywriters, Strategists, Experience Designers and Production teams, you'll transform creative concepts into high-impact campaigns that are both visually distinctive and built for scale.

What you'll do
- Develop visually compelling campaign concepts, creative directions and look & feel for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Use AI-powered creative tools to explore visual territories, image styles, motion ideas and design concepts.
- Create scalable visual systems that work across digital, social, video, CRM, retail media, e-commerce, POS and in-store experiences.
- Define layout principles, visual hierarchies, imagery direction and design standards that ensure consistency across all campaign assets.
- Collaborate closely with Copywriters to develop strong, integrated creative concepts where words and visuals work seamlessly together.
- Work with Experience Designers to translate creative ideas into scalable design systems and master templates.
- Ensure creative concepts remain effective across different markets, audiences, formats and customer journeys.
- Review creative work to maintain exceptional visual quality, brand consistency and retail relevance.
- Provide creative direction throughout production to ensure assets retain their visual integrity as they scale across channels.
- Contribute to tactical, seasonal and retail-driven campaign development throughout the year.
What we're looking for
- Several years of experience as an Art Director in an agency or in-house creative environment.
- Outstanding visual concepting and campaign development skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience using AI creative tools as part of your design and ideation process.
- Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing for digital, social, retail, commerce and omnichannel campaigns.
- Strong understanding of scalable design systems, templates and modern production workflows.
- Ability to balance creativity with production efficiency and technical feasibility.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside Copywriters, Designers, Strategists and Production teams.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
