Armoured Vehicle Designer – Intermediate to Senior Level Jobs in Pretoria, South Africa at FM Staff
We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer for an Armoured Vehicle Designer role in Pretoria.
Must:
Have at least 5 years’ experience in the design and development of Military Vehicles – Mechanical Design aspects.
Have a Bachelor’s Degree in either of the following:
Mechanical Engineering;
Automotive Engineering;
Industrial Engineering/Design.
Be proficient in Auto Desk Inventor (preferred).
Have extensive knowledge of MIL-STD and NATO specifications in design.
Preferably have an overall understanding of powertrains, armour, and electronics used in Military Vehicle design.
Have a strong understanding of the various materials utilised in Military Vehicle manufacturing and the overall design, testing, and manufacturing process.
RSA Citizen.
No criminal record.
