A very successful & growing Crime Prevention business, requires Full time Armed Response Officer to join their existing team.

Alarm Installation & Monitoring, Armed Response, CCTV & LPR camera monitoring.
Based in Milnerton Precinct, covering Royal Ascot, Milnerton Ridge, Montague Gardens, Sunset Beach & Sunset Links areas. A small company, where employees count & are recognised. Personal development potential.

Armed Response Officer:

· Alarm response

· Detection of crime

· Arresting suspects

· Escorting clients

· Attending to clients complaint

Alarm monitoring and CCTV experience would be of benefit but not essential.
Your role will be to protect a dedicated area by doing crime prevention: vehicle patrols, foot patrols, observation patrols, alarm responses, planned stakeouts, and specials operations. Educating our clients about safety and security and promote our company to non-clients.

Remuneration / Package

The salary is negotiable on successful appointment. Overtime available

Skills & Attributes:
Defusing crime related issues
Ability to distinguish between criminal cases and civil cases
Ability to deal with provocation of clients and suspects
Good Communication skills both spoken & written
Problem solver. A Can do! Attitude
Care & attention to all. Prepared to work overtime

Requirements:

Must be fully bilingual (English/Afrikaans )
A valid driving license
Current firearm Competence. Current firearm shooting certificate, with unit standard No: 117705 and 119469
Current handle and use handgun for business purpose certificate, with unit standard No: 123515
Armed Response Module
Psira Grade C

A clean criminal record

At least 2 referees, who have at least 2 years working knowledge of you and are in either managerial or supervisory positions.
