Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of multiple stores.
Implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Train and develop store managers and staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
5+ years of retail management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to travel between store locations.
