Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets, analyze data, and implement growth strategies.
Oversee store operations, optimize inventory, and improve efficiency.
Train, and develop staff, ensuring high performance and retention.
Maintain excellent customer service, resolve escalations, and enhance satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
Manage budgets, control costs, and provide performance reports for decision-making.
Requirements:
5+ years in retail management (2+ in multi-unit leadership).
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in retail software and Excel.
Own car /drivers license
Role requires strong communication skills, passion for premium international brands, ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, environment.
