Architectural Technologist/Draughtsman Jobs in Port Elizabeth, South Africa at Talent Scout Recruitment
We are seeking a Draughtsman / Architectural Technologist to assist our design team daily in the property development industry (not required to be SACAP registered)
Requirements:
• Relevant certificate / Diploma / Degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the industry
• Reside in the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan area
• Valid driver’s license
Skills:
• Ability to read plans & take measurements (for as-built plans)
• Ability to do renders
• Ability to draw complete municipal submission plans (not required to be SACAP registered)
• Ability to follow up on projects, getting quotes and all other admin related to engineers, surveyors & attorneys
• Ability to do admin related tasks
• Strong organisational skills (maintaining & updating documents/paperwork)
• Competent in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
* Note:
the position is at a property development company, your duties will not be limited to only drawing and submitting plans.
