Position: Architectural “runner” / assistant
The suitable candidate will work in with the company’s design team (which consist of architects, interior designers, Qs’s etc.) and will provide administrative assistance to team members.
Submit building plans, SDPs etc. and follow up until approved (on behalf of architect)
Get documents from municipality, engineers, attorneys, surveyors etc.
Filing (hard and soft copies), printing & coping
Following up on projects with relevant departments
Requirements :
Relevant experience in the industry
Ability to use Auto Cad will be advantageous
Reside in the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan area
Valid driver’s license
Note : the position is at a property development company, your duties will not be limited to only submitting plans / documents.
