We are hiring

We are looking for a qualified Professional Architect with a minimum of 5 years working experience to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for:

– Creating accurate, legible and technically sound architectural drawings and details for local authority submission and construction purposes.

– Assisting the design architect in administering and performing the duties assigned to the architect regarding the building contract, including certification of progress payments, site meetings and inspections. A proven track record of attending and recording minutes of site meetings is imperative.

– Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Requires a comprehensive understanding of building materials and systems, construction techniques, architectural detailing and the construction process.

– Procuring offers for the execution of the works.
