The Role
We are hiring an Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to drive outbound pipeline creation.
This is a high-activity, top-of-funnel role focused on:
- Identifying opportunities
- Initiating conversations
- Booking qualified meetings for leadership
You will not be responsible for closing deals — your success is measured by consistent, high-quality meeting generation and pipeline growth.
Primary Objective
Build a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings with:
- Commercial real estate brokers
- Property owners (retail, office, mixed-use, multi-tenant)
- Business owners with construction or property management needs
What You’ll Do 1. Lead Generation & Market Research
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists:
- Commercial brokers
- Property owners and asset managers
- Buildings with vacancy or repositioning opportunities
- Identify high-potential leads across local markets
2. Opportunity Research (High Priority)
- Review planning commission and zoning meeting minutes to identify:
- New developments
- Renovations and approvals
- Conduct research using tools like CoStar to identify:
- Vacancies and lease expirations
- Ownership data
- Distressed or underperforming assets
- Identify and engage architects and design firms to build referral relationships
3. Outbound Prospecting
- Execute daily outreach via:
- Start conversations around:
- Construction needs (tenant build-outs, upgrades)
- Property management challenges (vacancy, maintenance, leasing)
- Personalize outreach to increase response rates
4. Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadence (3–5+ touchpoints per lead)
- Track all activity in CRM or Google Sheets
- Re-engage cold leads over time
5. Qualification & Appointment Setting
- Respond to inbound replies
- Ask basic qualifying questions:
- Property or project type
- Current challenges
- Timeline and urgency
- Book qualified meetings for the leadership team
KPIs / Success Metrics
- 50–100 outbound messages per day
- 25–50 new contacts added per day
- 10–20 conversations started per week
- 3–5 qualified meetings booked per week
- Weekly identification of new opportunities from:
- Planning/zoning research
- CoStar data
- Referral relationships
What You Bring
Core Experience:
- Proven experience in:
- Appointment setting
- Lead generation
- Cold outreach
- Strong research and data-gathering skills
- Excellent written English communication
- Organized, process-driven, and consistent
- Self-motivated with the ability to hit daily activity targets
Preferred Experience:
- Commercial real estate, construction, or property management
- Experience with brokers, property owners, or developers
- Familiarity with CoStar or similar research tools
