We are seeking a high-energy Appointment Setter to connect with our database of past customers and warm leads to generate new sales opportunities. In this role, you will conduct outbound outreach to re-engage clients and cross-sell residential painting and roofing services. You will directly support field representatives by securing estimates and booking appointments into the system.
3.) Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to warm leads and past customers who have previously interacted with the business (incoming from Ads and organically).
- Cross-sell painting services and remodeling upgrades to existing roofing clients.
- Cross-sell roofing inspections and services to existing painting clients.
- Schedule appointments and book leads directly into the CRM system (Housecall Pro).
- Secure estimates for field representatives to meet with clients and finalize agreements.
4.) Must-Have Requirements
- Proficient English speaker with strong verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in cold calling or warm lead phone outreach.
- Experience maintaining organized lead records and booking appointments in a CRM.
- Consistent and stable employment history across past professional positions.
5.) Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Previous experience working within the home services industry.
- Familiarity with residential painting or roofing service offerings.
- Experience with Housecall Pro.
- Experience with MS Excel.
