Job Description: Appointment Scheduler

Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday)
- $15/hr, with additional incentives
Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduler:
- Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide assistance
- Assess customer needs and direct them to the appropriate department
- Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate appointment records
- Ensure customer information is up-to-date and correct
- Collaborate with the Business Development Center team to support customer needs
- A basic understanding of mechanical technology is helpful, but not required
- Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person
Qualifications:
- Background in customer service is prefered.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are a must
- Must be willing to undergo background checks and drug screening
