We are a service company specializing in appliance repair such as refrigerators, ranges, stoves, ovens, cooktops, wine coolers, dryers, washers, and dishwashers. We provide our customers with the most reliable and fastest repair service to satisfy their needs and expectations. Our trained, certified and experienced technicians have been working for years providing excellent repair service.
Position summary:
Our Appliance Repair Technician will be responsible for performing full diagnosis and repairs of dishwashers and a variety of home appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, stoves. You will also be responsible for estimating the job, communicating with the customers, and providing them with exceptional customer service.
What we require from you:
· 1+ years of professional experience
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Willingness to develop professionally
· Ability to work with our customer service platform (CRM)
· Tools & truck
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
