Analytics Coordinator Jobs in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa at Braun Management

Title: Analytics Coordinator

Company: Braun Management

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa

About Braun Management
Braun Management specializes in solving structural organizational problems that have become too internal for executive teams to fix alone. We provide rigorous analysis and honest conclusions regarding decision rights, restructuring, and operational friction for leadership teams across various industries.

About the role
We are looking for an Analytics Coordinator to support our team as we manage a significant project for our South African client. This role exists to turn raw data and organizational information into the structured summaries our consultants need to provide evidence-backed advice. As this is a fully remote position, you will help bridge the gap between complex data sets and the written reports that guide our clients toward better governance and accountability.

What you will do

  • Gather and organize operational data from various client departments to help identify structural truths.
  • Create clear, direct summaries of workforce metrics and organizational charts for senior consultants.
  • Maintain the internal knowledge base that tracks data requests and technical evidence for our South African client.
  • Assist in mapping out current decision rights to see where internal committees have stopped being effective.
  • Verify the accuracy of all figures and facts included in our final executive presentations.
  • Structure qualitative information from stakeholder interviews into logical, searchable logs.
  • Help coordinate the flow of information between our remote team and the client's internal departments.

What we are looking for

  • Basic proficiency in organizing information within spreadsheets and data management tools.
  • A genuine interest in understanding how complex business systems and power structures operate.
  • The ability to write in a professional and observational tone without using corporate jargon.
  • Strong attention to detail when auditing data for inconsistencies or errors.
  • A preference for working independently within a fully remote team environment.
  • Curiosity regarding how European governance and works councils influence organizational change.
  • A willingness to handle the unglamorous but necessary work of verifying evidence-backed conclusions.

How we work
Braun Management is a remote organization that values precision and deep, focused work over constant meetings. We believe that the best consulting is rooted in what is written down, so we prioritize clear documentation and thoughtful analysis. Our culture is professional and direct, allowing every team member to contribute to solving difficult problems without the distraction of office politics. Because we work across time zones, we rely on high levels of personal accountability and a commitment to maintaining a shared truth through our project records.

What we offer

  • Competitive pay that is attractive for an entry-level position within the consulting market.
  • A permanent, full-time role with a completely remote work structure.
  • Direct exposure to high-level organizational restructuring and executive succession cases.
  • Mentorship from senior professionals focused on structural analysis and governance.
  • A work environment that values honest communication and evidence over flashy presentations.
  • Practical experience in managing complex data for international client engagements.

Your contributions in this role will provide the bedrock of evidence our consultants need to address underperformance and structural hurdles. By organizing the data for our South African client, you ensure that the path forward we recommend is realistic and grounded in fact. This work is essential to helping leadership teams navigate their most difficult organizational changes with clarity and confidence.
