Full Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised Compliance Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Develop, implement, and maintain AML policies and procedures

Monitor transactions and customer activity for suspicious behaviour

Conduct risk assessments and oversee customer due diligence (CDD/EDD)

Investigate and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities

Stay current with AML regulations and ensure organisational compliance

Provide AML training and guidance to staff across departments

Liaise with regulators and auditors during compliance reviews

3 -5 years’ administrative experience

Attention to detail

AML Compliance experience beneficial

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
