Working Days: Monday – Friday (Weekend off)
Working Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Amazon PPC Manager to join our team and take our brand visibility and sales to new heights. Key Responsibilities:
HITTING TACOS TARGETS:
Develop and execute advertising strategies to achieve TACoS targets for assigned accounts.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
Use data-driven insights to improve ad efficiency and effectiveness.
STAYING WITHIN BUDGET:
Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring spend is optimized and within allocated limits.
Collaborate with account managers to align advertising spend with overall account goals.
ADVERTISING REPORTS TO BRAND DIRECTOR:
Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data and performance metrics.
Highlight successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in advertising strategies.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:
Work closely with Account Managers to align advertising strategies with overall account management goals.
Coordinate with Creative teams to ensure that advertising content is compelling, on-brand, and effective.
Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution of advertising initiatives.
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:
Oversee the setup, optimization, and ongoing management of Amazon PPC campaigns.
Implement best practices for keyword research, bid management, and ad placements.
Continuously test and refine ad copy, targeting, and other campaign elements to improve performance.
DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING:
Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Use analytical insights to inform future campaign strategies and decision-making processes.
INNOVATION AND TREND ANALYSIS:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Amazon advertising and e-commerce.
Propose innovative strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition and drive account growth.
SOP COMPLIANCE:
Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for advertising tasks and processes.
Complete SOP exams monthly to ensure compliance and up-to-date knowledge of best practices.
Who We Are Looking For:
Possess at least 5 years of experience in Amazon PPC/Advertising management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Be proficient in utilizing Bulk Files and advertising Reports, and provide effective assessments and data-driven recommendations.
Showcase above-average skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs, enabling efficient data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Resourceful and detail-oriented, constantly seeking innovative solutions to advertising challenges.
