Working Days: Monday – Friday (Weekend off)
Working Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time
Are you a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a passion for driving success on Amazon? We are looking for a skilled and experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple brands and utilize your expertise to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
STRATEGIC PLANNING AND EXECUTION:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize brand performance on Amazon.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform and adjust strategic plans.
Collaborate with the Brand Director to align account strategies with overall business goals.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
Manage the day-to-day operations of Amazon seller accounts, ensuring optimal performance.
Oversee inventory levels, sales metrics, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Coordinate with advertising managers to develop effective advertising campaigns.
REPORTING AND ANALYSIS:
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Brand Director for account optimization.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
COMMUNICATION COORDINATION:
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through email and Slack.
Ensure timely and efficient responses to client communications.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management and Creative teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and support.
TEAM COLLABORATION:
Participate in weekly Level 10 Meetings and Scorecard checks to review performance, address issues, and set priorities.
Provide support and feedback to the Brand Director and other team members.
Ensure follow-through on tasks assigned by the Brand Director and facilitate cross-collaboration.
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND SOP COMPLIANCE:
Adhere to SOPs relative to your role.
Maintain high standards of quality assurance across all account management activities.
Complete SOP exams monthly to ensure compliance and up-to-date knowledge.
LIAISING WITH ADVERTISING:
Coordinate with the Ads team to ensure advertising strategies are implemented and followed through effectively.
LIAISING WITH CREATIVE:
Work closely with the Creative team to ensure that all creative assets are developed and delivered on time.
Ensure that the creative content aligns with brand guidelines and meets the strategic objectives.
LIAISING WITH OPERATIONS:
Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks.
Address any operational issues promptly and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
UPLOADING CONTENT:
Regularly update product listings, images, descriptions, and other relevant content.
Who are we looking for:
Proven track record of managing Amazon accounts for multiple brands or as part of an Amazon service provider agency for at least 3 years.
Strong knowledge of Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently
Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and other Amazon tools
Experience using Hubstaff or similar time management tools is preferred.
