Requirements:
5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in carpentry, tiling, and general building work
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Good communicator in English
Must have traceable references
Duties include:
General building maintenance and renovations
Carpentry (doors, cupboards, roofing, etc.)
Wall and floor tiling (cutting, setting, and grouting)
Construction and repair work
