Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Airport Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong desire to work in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of an airport. Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about airport services, flight schedules, and other travel-related questions
– Process ticket sales, reservations, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
– Assist customers with check-in, boarding, and other procedures
– Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
– Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations
– Continuously strive to improve customer service and contribute to the overall success of the company Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Knowledge of airport procedures and regulations is a plus
– Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
