Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician tojoin our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of industrial and commercial HVAC systems. You will ensure that all work complies with safety and operational standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance
:
Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and testing system components.
Monitor system performance and adjust controls to ensure optimal efficiency.
Repairs
:
Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and breakdowns.
Replace or repair defective parts such as motors, sensors, and compressors.
Test repaired systems to ensure they operate at peak performance.
Installations
:
Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
Interpret blueprints and technical manuals to ensure proper installation.
Configure and program system controls for efficient operation.
Safety and Compliance
:
Adhere to company and industry safety standards, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance logs and service reports.
Recommend system upgrades or replacements to improve energy efficiency and meet client needs.
Customer Service
:
Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues and recommend solutions.
Provide professional and courteous service while on-site.
