We are building an AI-first agency operating model and are looking for an AI Workflow and Generative AI Architect to design, implement, and improve the internal systems that make our teams faster, sharper, and more productive.

Role Description

The AI Workflow and Generative AI Architect will lead the practical use of AI across Hyrax’s internal workflows, creative production, reporting, knowledge management, and day-to-day agency operations.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can turn business problems into working AI tools: LLM assistants, automations, image and video generation workflows, creative testing systems, reporting copilots, and repeatable processes that remove manual work from the agency.

The role is less about building academic machine‑learning models from scratch and more about applying the best available AI tools, APIs, agents, and automation platforms to produce measurable productivity gains across the business.

Key Responsibilities AI Workflow Strategy and Delivery

  • Map agency workflows across creative, media buying, sales, reporting, compliance, operations, and client delivery to identify where AI can remove friction or improve output.
  • Design and own a practical AI workflow roadmap focused on speed, quality, consistency, and measurable productivity gains.
  • Build prototypes quickly, test them with internal users, and turn successful experiments into repeatable systems.
  • Evaluate and select AI tools, LLM providers, creative generation platforms, automation products, and specialist vendors.
  • Create clear operating standards so AI is used safely, consistently, and effectively across the agency.

LLMs, Agents and Internal Copilots

  • Build and deploy LLM-powered tools for research, briefing, campaign planning, copywriting support, reporting, quality assurance, and internal knowledge retrieval.
  • Develop prompt libraries, agent workflows, retrieval systems, and structured templates that help teams produce better work faster.
  • Connect LLMs to internal data, documents, CRM systems, reporting tools, and operational workflows using APIs and automation platforms.
  • Create AI assistants and copilots for recurring tasks such as lead triage, proposal support, client reporting, compliance checks, creative reviews, and meeting preparation.
  • Measure adoption, time saved, output quality, and business impact from AI tools.

Image, Video and Creative Generation

  • Lead the use of image, video, and text generation tools to improve the speed and quality of creative production.
  • Build repeatable workflows for concepting, ad variations, storyboards, mood boards, thumbnails, landing page visuals, short‑form video assets, and creative testing.
  • Work with creative and performance teams to generate, adapt, and test assets across platforms while maintaining brand, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Stay close to emerging tools in image generation, video generation, voice, synthetic media, and creative automation, then turn the useful ones into working processes.
  • Create guardrails for responsible use of generated media, including disclosure, licensing, brand safety, and regulated‑industry compliance.

Automation and Agency Productivity

  • Automate repetitive internal processes across sales, CRM, reporting, campaign operations, QA, knowledge management, and admin.
  • Build workflows that connect tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems, ad platforms, reporting dashboards, databases, and AI services.
  • Improve reporting workflows by using AI to draft commentary, identify anomalies, explain performance, and prepare client‑ready outputs.
  • Create internal documentation, training materials, and playbooks so teams can use AI confidently without creating chaos.
  • Work closely with team leads to remove bottlenecks and make the agency more efficient without lowering quality.
