Purpose of Role
We are seeking a skilled AI Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality training to clients across UK and US time zones.
This role focuses on creating engaging and impactful learning experiences, enabling learners to apply AI concepts in real-world scenarios and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development of innovative training programs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual training sessions aligned with industry standards and company policies
- Achieve and maintain a Trainer Satisfaction Score (TSAT) of 88%+
- Leverage learner feedback and trainer insights to continuously improve training quality
- Act as an AI Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing to course design and client programs
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support learning initiatives
- Conduct peer observations and provide constructive, actionable feedback
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices
- Enable learners to translate theoretical AI concepts into practical, real-world applications
Skills, Qualifications & Abilities
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and prompt engineering
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop ecosystem)
- Experience working with Databricks and AI/ML development workflows
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively
- Experience collaborating with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and data teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Flexibility to work across Europe, UK, and US time zones
Location and Hours
09:00 – 18:00 SAST, Johannesburg or Cape Town, Hybrid
