What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and outputs for bias, safety risks, and ethical alignment
- Classify and rate outputs based on fairness, accuracy, and compliance criteria
- Flag content that could be harmful, misleading, inappropriate, or policy-violating
- Write structured, well-reasoned feedback on policy-related issues
- Work across a diverse range of topics, formats, and content types
- Operate independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively
- Genuinely interested in ethics, fairness, policy, or social impact topics
- A clear and precise written communicator
- Detail-oriented and consistent — you apply standards fairly across varied content
- Self-directed and reliable in a remote, async work environment
- No prior AI, policy, or compliance experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in philosophy, law, journalism, social science, or public policy
- Experience with content moderation, fact-checking, or compliance review
- Familiarity with AI ethics concepts or trust-and-safety frameworks
