Role Purpose
As an AI Solutions Architect at Cassava AI, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing AI solutions for our AI & Decision Science Platforms. Using your expertise in AI and ML, you will guide the design of innovative solutions, offer technical training, and provide hands-on assistance to software developers in software architecture and code development.
Engage with prospective customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions that demonstrate value and competitive advantage. Ensure that technical designs are scalable, reliable, and maintainable, meeting both current and future needs of the organisation and its customers.
Key responsibilities include providing leadership and technical solutioning strategies, offering guidance for implementation, and supporting complex AI solution delivery and project management for customers. This involves overseeing the creation of customer-specific services and solutions and models, building partner ecosystems tailored to sales verticals, and ensuring the delivery and integration of complex solutions into existing customer environments.
Role Description
Creation of a business case costs inputs and design parameters to allow pricing teams to accurately price and package solutions. Perform in-depth data analysis and pre-processing to enhance model performance and accuracy. Support Sales to achieve their aspirational revenue targets for the specific customers / verticals.

Prototype, experiment, and iterate with different AI models based on feedback and performance evaluations. Work closely with the Operations Manager and support the definition of product roadmaps, prioritise features, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Provide technical expertise to enhance product offerings, ensuring that they align with market trends and customer requirements. Research technology roadmaps, adoption and key vendor strategies and capabilities per assigned Sales segment.
Actively contribute to Cassava AI’s knowledge base, sharing insights and best practices with internal teams and clients. Serve as Cassava AI’s subject matter expert in support of technical white paper and case studies development for new bespoke innovative solutions and models for customer verticals’-creation of technology strategies with large accounts and strategic customers to plan, build and win pipeline business. Consultation with Sales is critical to understand the assigned customer businesses, industries and segments, with the intention of defining future concepts and services.
Implement, integrate, and optimise ML models within architectures, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems. Ensure smooth implementation of AI solutions on platforms powered by H200 GPUs, focusing on both performance and scalability within the Cassava AI Factory infrastructure. Assisting Service Delivery in deploying and supporting these unique services to customer networks.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
Familiarity with NVIDIA AI Enterprise software and tools to enhance GPU utilisation for AI workloads.
Relevant certifications in AI infrastructure management or related fields.
Experience in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
Aleastt least 4-5 years’ experience in AI infrastructure, particularly with GPU technologies like NVIDIA H200 GPUs or similar high-performance hardware.
Proven experience in AI/ML research or practical implementation preferably with a Ph.D. in CS/ML or an M.S. with 3+ years in software development and 2+ years in AI architecture.
Strong experience overseeing front-end and back-end architecture at the corporate level, including managing cloud infrastructure for AI, Big Data, and compliance.
Ability to harmonise technical implementation with diverse stakeholder inputs to create viable strategies for both functional and non-functional requirements.
Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and proficiency in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Strong knowledge of data science, analytics, and applied mathematics, with expertise in languages like SAS, R, and Python.
Hands-on knowledge of ML and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow) and machine learning algorithms such as random forests, neural networks, and others.
Understanding and scoping diverse customer business requirements over all segments and the ability to translate these requirements to define and architect bespoke solutions across technologies, products and services.
