About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Market Lead / Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Data Technologies & Artificial Intelligence to lead enterprise data and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive data strategy, architect scalable data platforms, and provide technical leadership across AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise Data & AI strategy aligned with business goals.
- Design modern data platforms using Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Lakehouse architectures, and cloud technologies.
- Lead AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLM initiatives from solution design to deployment.
- Establish best practices for data governance, MLOps, security, and compliance.
- Mentor technical teams and provide architecture guidance.
- Partner with business stakeholders and support pre-sales, solutioning, and client engagements.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, and AI.
- Expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of Databricks, Apache Spark, Kafka, ETL/ELT, SQL/NoSQL, and Data Governance.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise AI and Generative AI implementations.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI frameworks.
- Relevant Cloud, Data Engineering, or AI certifications.
- Consulting or digital transformation experience is preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
