Full Job Description
Looking for a dynamic and experienced project manager to join our team in a key project leadership role. The candidate must have:
-Project management certificate
-Agile Certified Scrum
in addition to their HR related Masters degree.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering HR projects, supported by a Project Management certificate and practical experience with Agile methodologies with a minimum of 4 – 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on leading HR projects.
This role is suited for self-driven individuals capable of:
Leading cross-functional projects teams by leveraging internal people & culture capabilities.
Demonstrated experience in managing or leading HR digital transformation, learning & development, talent, or total reward programs.
Provide executive level reporting on project status.
Scrum master – facilitating sprints, retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
Develop dashboard and tracking tools.
